Mind Over Motherhood (September 2026 Cohort)
Mind Over Motherhood is the antenatal class for your mind, not your hospital bag.
Enrolment closes on 2 September 2026
Six live sessions with Dr Natalie Cook (Perinatal Clinical Psychologist & Founder of Little Steps Psychology Practice), in a small group, preparing you for the part of pregnancy and early parenthood that nobody else covers: what actually happens to your emotions, your identity, your relationship and your sense of who you are, and what genuinely helps.
“It made a real difference to have someone who understood the emotional challenges of pregnancy and helped me feel more confident in managing them.”
Each week we name something honestly, make sense of why it is happening, and you leave with one thing you can actually use. This is drawn from the models I use in one-to-one clinical work every week: ACT, CFT, and a trauma-informed understanding of the perinatal nervous system. Not wellness tips. Not toxic positivity. Not a webinar.
What Is Inside The Six Sessions:
Session 1: Your Emotional Landscape in Pregnancy
Session 2: Anxiety, Worry, and the Perinatal Mind
Session 3: Birth, Trauma and Moving Forward
Session 4: Identity, Relationships, and the Transition to Parenthood
Session 5: The Fourth Trimester
Session 6: Building your Support System and Postnatal Planning
What is included:
Six live 90-minute sessions on Microsoft Teams
Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm, from 9 September to 14 October 2026
A small group, capped at 16 places
A print-ready workbook for every session, yours to keep
Every session recorded and shared with the group, so you never miss one
Founding members also receive 10% off a one-to-one consultation at Little Steps Psychology Practice.
Founding cohort price: £197. This is for the first live group only, and it will not come again.
“I came away from our sessions feeling more confident, supported and better equipped for the emotional challenges of pregnancy.”
If you miss a week, nothing is lost. Every session is recorded and sent to the whole group afterwards.
Please note: Mind Over Motherhood is psychological education, led by a Clinical Psychologist. It is not therapy, medical care or crisis support, and it does not replace your GP or maternity care. By enrolling you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
