What can I expect in therapy sessions?
We always begin therapy with a comprehensive assessment to help us understand who you are as a person, what is going on in your life, and the areas in which you would like support. From there, we can collaboratively develop a treatment plan, thinking about the best therapeutic approach to suit your needs and preferences.
